This was the final paper for the capstone for my second major in Spanish. As such, it is in Spanish. The paper examines the idea of an "angel of the home" (the ideal comportment of women in Spain from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century) and how characters in two classic Spanish novels fit or do not fit this ideal. Click image to view
